Popular Nigerian gospel singer, Moses Bliss, was left emotional after his wife, Marie Bliss, organized a surprise praise-and-worship session to mark his 31st birthday in Dubai.

Marie, who shared a video of the heart-melting moment on social media, revealed that she chose the unique gift because she knew how much her husband values thanksgiving. According to her, the singer usually crowns his birthdays with dedicated worship sessions, and since they were away in the UAE, she didn’t want him to miss out on the tradition.

“I observed that, whether privately or publicly, he makes it a priority to sing praises to the Lord… because of his love and gratitude to God. This year, because his birthday fell whilst we were in Dubai, I thought to surprise him by bringing the praise and worship session to him!” she wrote.

In the viral clip, the “Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus” crooner appeared visibly stunned and moved to tears as he walked into a beautifully decorated room featuring a piano and a team ready for worship.

The couple, who famously met via Instagram after Marie posted a dance video to his song, have had a monumental year. In January 2025, they welcomed their first child, a baby boy, whose dedication in June 2025 also trended across social platforms.

Fans and colleagues have since flooded the singer’s page with birthday wishes, with many tapping into the “sweet love” shared by the couple.
