In a deeply personal interview on The Honest Bunch Podcast released today, March 9, 2026, the actress-turned-preacher didn’t hold back, directly naming her ex-husband, Charles Ekwu, while tearfully recounting the collapse of their relationship.

Anunobi, known for her bold screen presence and ministerial work, became visibly emotional as she described a marriage defined by one-sided effort. Despite the public image of a successful union at the time, she claimed the reality behind closed doors was one of financial abandonment.
