Nollywood actress and filmmaker Mercy Aigbe has flaunted her latest luxury acquisition after purchasing the new iPhone 18 Pro Max for herself and her children.

The actress shared a video from an Apple Store overseas, where she excitedly showed off the devices she had purchased.

According to Mercy Aigbe, she is the first Nigerian celebrity to buy the newly released iPhone 18 directly from an Apple Store.

The actress revealed that she did not buy just one device, but three, explaining that she got one for herself and two for her children.

“I am the first Nigerian celebrity to buy the new iPhone 18 in an Apple Store. I didn’t just buy one; I bought three for my babies,” she said.

Sharing her excitement over finally getting the highly sought-after device, Aigbe added, “Finally, after much hunting, I got my babies and me the new iPhone 18 Pro Max! I can now rest in their hands. Whew!”

Her post has attracted attention from fans and followers, with many reacting to her decision to purchase three of the latest Apple devices.

The development comes months after the actress marked 20 years in the Nigerian entertainment industry. Reflecting on her career journey, Aigbe said she remains grateful to still be active, evolving and walking in purpose after two decades in Nollywood.

The actress has also continued to make headlines through her acting and filmmaking career. In 2025, she won the Best Supporting Actress award at the 11th Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards for her performance in Farmer’s Bride.
