Nollywood actress and producer Ruth Kadiri has ignited a heated debate across social media after describing the Holy Spirit as the original form of Artificial Intelligence (AI) created by God to guide His children. In a video shared on her Instagram page, the filmmaker cautioned believers against becoming overly reliant on modern technology while neglecting divine guidance.

Kadiri revealed that she received a divine message explaining that the Holy Spirit serves the exact purpose of what the modern world calls AI, but with a spiritual foundation. She expressed concern that many Christians are now turning to digital platforms to solve their problems, forgetting that God provided the ultimate “Helper” long before the invention of modern software. According to the actress, a failure to prioritize the Holy Spirit over man-made algorithms could lead to a life of unfulfillment.

To illustrate her point, the actress shared a personal testimony involving a recent struggle with a movie script. After a week of mental block and frustration, she claimed that seeking counsel through prayer provided instant clarity and solutions that technology could not offer. She concluded by stating that God confirmed to her that providing such intellectual and spiritual shortcuts is exactly the “job” of the Holy Spirit.

While some followers have praised Kadiri for using contemporary language to make spiritual concepts more relatable, others have criticized the comparison, arguing that it oversimplifies the nature of the Godhead. Despite the mixed reactions, the “Holy Spirit is AI” claim has quickly become a trending topic, highlighting a growing conversation about the intersection of faith and technology in the modern era.
