Legendary actress Ireti Doyle is calling out the “moral police” in the older generation, and her message is loud and clear: Stop judging and start guiding!

In a world where it’s so easy to “drag” young girls for every move they make online, Ireti is reminding the “Aunties” that they aren’t exactly saints—they were just lucky!

Speaking in a powerful sit-down with Sunday Scoop, the veteran star pointed out a truth that many seem to forget—everyone has a “wild” past, but not everyone had a smartphone to record it!

“We all made mistakes; we were just fortunate to make them in an era when there was no social media,” she revealed.

She suggested that the harsh judgment older women often show toward the youth might actually be impatience toward their own “foolish younger selves” that they see reflected in the new generation. Deep, right?

For Ireti, the mission is simple: If you want to lead, you have to be trusted. You can’t expect a young girl to listen to your advice if she feels like you’re just waiting to condemn her.

“Our role should be that of leadership and guidance. We should be a safe space… You can’t lead, guide, or advise a person who doesn’t trust you,” Doyle added.

The Wedding Party star is challenging older women to lead by example rather than by “shouting.” Instead of being the “Moral Police” on Instagram, she wants women to be the “Big Sisters” who offer a hand when someone trips.

This call for compassion comes at a time when the actress herself has been prioritizing her peace. It seems she’s practicing exactly what she preaches—choosing empathy and guidance over the noise of judgment
