Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh, has opened up about her decision to gift her son, King Andre, a luxury duplex worth N350 million to mark his 10th birthday.

The actress, known for her high-profile lifestyle and advocacy, shared details of the acquisition via her Instagram page, stating that the gift is part of a long-term plan to secure her son’s future.

According to Dikeh, she has remained “intentional” over the years regarding real estate investments for both herself and her child to build a lasting legacy.

“Over the years, I’ve been intentional about investing in properties for both myself and my child, building a legacy that will stand the test of time. This year, God blessed me once again with the opportunity to do just that, and I’m truly grateful,” she wrote.

The actress further commended the real estate firm involved in the transaction, describing the process as “stress-free and professional.”

This is not the first time the screen diva has made headlines with extravagant gifts for her son. On his fifth birthday in 2021, she reportedly purchased a real-life star and named it after him. That same year, she gifted him two acres of land, making him one of the youngest cashew plantation owners in the country.

To celebrate the 10th milestone, Dikeh and her estranged husband, Olakunle Churchill, set aside their differences to host a football-themed birthday bash for King Andre at the BMO Event Centre in Abuja on Sunday.

The event, which saw the presence of family and friends, also featured a spiritual session where popular clergyman, Pastor Jerry Eze, prayed for and anointed the celebrant.

Both parents took to their respective social media platforms to pen emotional tributes to their son, expressing gratitude to God for his growth and wellbeing.
