Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Wizkid, whose real name is Ayodeji Balogun, expressed his wish for fellow artist Asake to perform at his wedding during a recent Apple Music radio appearance with DJ Tunez.
Wizkid revealed that “Omo Ope” made him a fan of Asake, while “Remember” is his favorite song by the artist, which he hopes will be performed on his special day. He praised Asake as one of Africa’s most talented vocalists, calling him a blessing to African music.
Wizkid is currently in a relationship with his third baby mama, Japa P, with whom he has three children. He has been teasing plans for his wedding for several years.
