Sophia Momodu, singer Davido’s first baby mama, has revealed that she has not received any child support from him. In a lengthy post on her Instagram story on Wednesday, Sophia addressed what she described as an attempt to spread false narratives about their daughter, Imade Adeleke’s well-being.
She explained that for the past five years, she has been solely responsible for her daughter’s care. “I have not received any child support from Davido, but our child knows no lack. She is growing up in a safe and loving environment and is very happy,” Sophia stated.
While affirming that her daughter maintains a healthy relationship with both parents, Sophia urged people on social media to stop involving her child in fabricated stories. This statement follows criticism directed at Sophia for allegedly preventing Imade from attending Davido’s 33rd birthday party in Atlanta a few days earlier.
