Veteran Nollywood actress Peju Ogunmola has sparked emotional reactions online after paying a heartwarming visit to her junior colleague, Toyosi Adesanya, who recently welcomed a baby girl. The visit, captured in a video shared on Toyosi’s Instagram page on Wednesday, showed the veteran actress cradling the newborn with immense joy. The veteran actress did not arrive empty-handed, as she was seen presenting several gift items, including packs of diapers and other baby essentials, to the new mother. Reacting to the gesture, an emotional Toyosi Adesanya described Peju as a “mentor” and a “living legend.” “Thanks so much, my mentor, a great living legend. Over the weekend, fellow actress Biola Bayo broke the news that the couple welcomed their daughter through surrogacy. Despite a past marred by a “crashed marriage” and alleged assassination attempts in her previous home in Akure, Toyosi expressed profound gratitude to her current partner for standing by her through the surrogacy journey. The newborn has already started receiving “royal” treatment from industry heavyweights. Toyosi revealed that actor Muyiwa Ademola sent a credit alert of N200,000 as the first cash gift for the baby’s account.
