The tension surrounding the recent mass abduction in Oyo State escalated significantly today following the release of a second, heart-wrenching video featuring the headmistress of the targeted school, who has resurfaced in captivity to echo desperate pleas to the federal and state governments.

The embattled school administrator, looking visibly frail and deeply traumatised under the hostile watch of her captors, made a passionate direct appeal to President Bola Tinubu and Governor Seyi Makinde to halt all ongoing tactical security operations in the forest.

The development follows an earlier video of another female victim who revealed that a hostage had already been marked for execution due to a previous government raid. In this latest footage, the headmistress confirmed that the security situation in the camp has become highly volatile, warning that any further attempts to rescue them by force will result in an immediate massacre of the remaining victims.

Weeping profusely while surrounded by the dense vegetation of the kidnappers’ hideout, the headmistress pleaded with Governor Makinde to prioritize their lives by abandoning military action in favour of a negotiated settlement. She emphasized that the captors have grown increasingly aggressive and are prepared to kill the hostages at the slightest sign of an approaching security team.

The emergence of the school head’s video has thrown families of the victims into deeper agony, intensifying pressure on the Oyo State Government to reconsider its standard counter-kidnapping protocols.

As of the time of filing this report, security agencies and the state government have maintained a tight lip on the footage, though internal sources indicate that tactical teams are meticulously analyzing the videos to verify the exact location of the forest enclave without jeopardizing the safety of the captives.
