This move marks a significant expansion of the Fresh FM/Tiwa n’ Tiwa conglomerate, which already dominates the airwaves across Oyo, Ogun, Ondo, Ekiti, Osun, and Lagos states. The Ilorin station aims to blend Ayefele’s signature mix of grassroots reporting, entertainment, and cultural promotion with the unique flavor of Kwara’s diverse community. Sources close to the management suggest that the station is currently in the final stages of equipment testing and talent recruitment. Kwara State represents a competitive but lucrative media market.
