Encomiums and good wishes have continued to pour in for the Ogun State Deputy Governor, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, who turned 60 years old recently.
Notable amongst such wishes was the one from the President and Commander-in- Chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement signed by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, described Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele as consummate professional who brought lots of creativity, discipline and hard work into governance.
He commended her for the resilience and steadfastness, demonstrated by her stewardship since 2019 and commitment to progressive tenacity of the present administration wishing her many happy returns.
Also sending in her regards, APC National Woman Leader, Dr. Mary Idele, attributed her as an iconic technocrat, exemplary public servant and a shining symbol of purposeful leadership, stressing that her commitment to good governance, professionalism and women’s inclusion had continued to leave indelible marks on Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
She added that the celebrants life journey, reflected excellence, resilience, competence and unwavering dedication to service, noting that it was a celebration of impact as well as integrity alongside someone who had remained an inspiration to present and future generations of women leaders, praying to God on her behalf for continued sound health, renewed strength, divine wisdom and many more fruitful years in service to humanity and the nation.
Joining the list of well-wishers was the University of Lagos, Faculty of Engineering Alumni Association, who felicitated one of their own, calling her a worthy Ambassador, saying her life and career would continue to be a powerful testament to what rigorous engineering training, global exposure and a deep commitment to public good could achieve.

Noimot Salako-Oyedele had afforded the organisation the opportunity to celebrate a life dedicated to public service, exemplary leadership and outstanding contributions to the development of Ogun State and Nigeria at large, noting that her dedication to good governance would continue to inspire many, particularly young professionals and the women folk.
