The Ibarapa Born (Eruwa), Oyo State, Popular Radio/Tv Broadcaster, Actor and Media Guru, who is also a politician, “Amb. (Dr). Opeyemi Ayanrinde widely known as Mc Swagger HDFBML, as resigned his appointment as the Special Assistant on Mobilization to Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, the Speaker Oyo State House of Assembly and Chairman Conference of Speakers Nigeria.
The Oyo State Coordinator Forum of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Business Membership Organization of Nigeria (BMOs), Dr. Opeyemi Ayanrinde MC SWAGGER, while speaking with the news men on Wednesday morning during a chat interview says, I have decided to drop my appointment at the office of the Speaker Oyo State, so as to elevate, promote, build and plan myself for a better future. My decision is to create a space for myself in the political race and journey, as a young man who loves to give back to his people and society, I believe in hard-working, consistency, recognition and ability to build others, so as to grow together in wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Success for one should be success for all, Politics is an institution of learning, the more you go, the more you see, you have to build your career and plan your future yourself, nobody will do that for you but yourself, that remind me of the English man who says, “All Man For Himself….. I joined politics so as to showcase my strength, ability, idea, orientation, innovation and exposure adding my professional experience to uplift myself and join hands with others to build a better future for my people, Constituency, Oyo State and Nigeria Politics.
During the 2023 General Election, I was the candidate and flag bearer under the platform of Allied Peoples Movement (APM), to represent the good people of Ibarapa East/Ido Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives Abuja, it was after the Presidential/National Assembly election, I joined the PDP family to support Egnr. Seyi Makinde and Rt. Hon Adebo Ogundoyin, to the glory of God, here we are today. And it’s time to move on again, am using this medium to appreciate everyone I have worked with during the call to serve, may we all have a successful ending at the end of the journey.
Joining APC, is to continue my political journey, career and to support “Dr. Adewale Kolapo Kareem AKK, who is one of the Oyo State APC Gubernatorial aspirants, he’s a loving and caring young man, God fearing, humble and who is always ready to listen to the people around him, he called for my attention, services, because he believes in my strength, personality, integrity and ability to deliver and to support his ambition, dream/vision for the good people of Oyo State.
