2027: Demilade Akin-Alabi Congratulates Sharafadeen Alli on Campaign Team Unveiling, Backs APC Victory Bid

Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi, founder of the Hon. Dr. Demilade Akin-Alabi Foundation, has congratulated the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli, over the unveiling of his Campaign Leadership Team ahead of the 2027 governorship election.

Akin-Alabi, in a statement on Wednesday, described the composition of the campaign team as a strategic move aimed at strengthening the party’s grassroots structure and enhancing its chances of securing victory in the 2027 governorship poll.

He particularly congratulated the Campaign Coordinator, Alhaji Fatai Bayonle Ibikunle; Deputy Coordinator, Hon. Olayemi Olugbenga; Director of Administration and Secretary, Hon. Kazeem Adesile Adedeji, alongside the zonal coordinators, whom he said were carefully selected based on their experience, loyalty and capacity to mobilise support across Oyo State.

According to him, the appointments reflect Senator Alli’s confidence in committed party stalwarts capable of uniting stakeholders and driving an effective grassroots campaign across the state’s seven political zones.

The foundation’s founder urged the newly appointed officials to justify the confidence reposed in them by discharging their responsibilities with integrity, dedication and teamwork while prioritising the overall interest of the APC and the development of Oyo State.

Akin-Alabi also prayed for divine wisdom, good health and strength for Senator Alli as he leads the campaign, expressing optimism that unity, commitment and the support of Oyo residents would position the APC for success in the 2027 governorship election.

He congratulated Senator Alli and members of the Campaign Leadership Team, expressing hope that their service would foster greater unity, renewed hope and lasting progress for the people of Oyo State.
