Delesolu family announces death of patriarch, Oloye Raufu Yesufu ‘Baba Rere’

The Delesolu Family has announced the death of its patriarch and Head of the Family, Oloye Raufu Yesufu, fondly known as Baba Rere.

The family disclosed that the respected elder passed away on Monday and was buried the same day in accordance with Islamic rites.
Announcing the development in a statement, the family expressed total submission to the will of Almighty Allah.

“Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un (Surely we belong to Allah, and to Him we shall return),” the statement read.

Describing the loss as a painful one, the family prayed that Almighty Allah forgive the deceased, admit him into the highest rank of Al-Jannah Firdaus, and grant those he left behind the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.

The family also appreciated relatives, friends and well-wishers for their prayers and support during the period of mourning, while requesting continued prayers for the peaceful repose of the late Oloye Raufu Yesufu.
